Talking with Frank Eliason
Frank heads up social media at Citi, but I (like many on Twitter) first found and followed Frank as @ComcastCares, were he made his mark as a guy who understood how to improve customer service via social media channels.
I grabbed a few minutes with Frank at SXSW this year to find out what he thinks is next. And while the audio is a little tough (wind noise - sorry folks) you can still hear Frank making a great case for "What's Next" and no surprise, he's encouraging you to think about social from a customer's point of view.
Finally, today I've got a bit of bonus content for you. Hear what Frank thinks is the most interesting thing happening now, which companies he thinks are leading the way in social and more over at Emma's Blog where he took part in Emma's 5 Five Questions series.
Make sure you don't miss any of the digital thought leaders interviewed here, have these posts sent directly to my email! Click the link and you can. Just another way Talking With Tom is working to make you a better you in 2011. See ya in your in box.
As always, a big thanks to the email marketing company, Emma, for underwriting the costs to produce this little project. If you want to learn more about Emma and their email marketing system, just click that link you just read.
