Talking with Jason Falls
This week, Jason Falls, the No Bullshit Social Media Consultant, talks about the three things that he thinks are "Next." From a focus on strategy, to bridging the knowledge gap between consultants and business owners... to a really interesting third "next" -- Jason paints a holistic picture of a social media in the future. But I'll let him explain it to you via the video.
He also responds to last week's viral video sensation -- Who's The Biggest D-bag in Social Media? -- where more than a few of his "friends" named him... so be sure to watch to the end when Jason is asked the same question and delivers his answer. All I can say is, it's classic Jason.
If you're not familiar with Jason, he's the man behind the great Social Media Explorer blog, the newer yet equally fantastic Exploring Social Media community where you can join to receive exclusive content, special access and more. Truly great stuff over at the blog & the community and mighty helpful if you're just starting out in Social Media.
Lastly, Jason's joined the exclusive world of noted authors with his new book, No Bullshit Social Media out in both hardback and kindle version. He's also shown an outstanding ability to drink bourbon... which is why I usually try and find him at conferences and where we've had some of our best discussions. So take 2 minutes to hear what Jason has to say, and then feel free to poke around here a bit and learn what other digital thought leaders think is next. As always, a big thanks to the email marketing company, Emma, for underwriting the costs to produce this little project. If you want to learn more about Emma and their email marketing system, just click that link you just read.
